Job DescriptionPerforms a wide range of complex administrative and secretarial duties and coordinates various office procedures in support of the assigned executive(s). Performs a broad and varying scope of administrative support duties of a confidential nature. Uses independent discretion in completing and maintaining complex projects or programs requiring a high degree of initiative. Serves as recording secretary for committees as assigned.
Education QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
Associates degree and 2 years experience in a complex office OR
5 years experience in a complex office
Proficient and comprehensive skills in personal computer software systems and applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and databases ( Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting executive level leadership
Managing complex calendars and schedules
Strong written and verbal communication skills

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
